For most of my life, I've struggled with being comfortable being my authentic self at work, despite achieving success in my professional career. Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I've engaged deeply in volunteer work, always feeling a pull towards something greater.

My journey began in humble circumstances, where financial worries were a constant companion. However, the guidance of a dear friend and cherished mentor helped me navigate through these challenges. I have experience of living and working with people from multiple cultures; I grew up in an Indian/Pakistani culture, as well as the Middle Eastern culture having spent the first 11 years of my life in Bahrain. I have a strong understanding of Western culture having lived in the UK for over 30 years, and have worked with colleagues from Europe, Nordics and the Far East.

In August 2023, my wife and I certified from Jay Shetty Coaching School. My whole perspective on life shifted during that course. I learnt a universal truth from Rich Litvin, another profound teacher:

we all seek fulfilment but often look for it in external achievements like the next pay raise, promotion, or even a new purchase.
